Where do my donations go?
Usable items are sorted and resold through our stores, bin sales and wholesale — keeping them out of landfill — and the proceeds support community programs. See our programs →
What’s your return & exchange policy on purchases?
All sales are final — no returns, no exchanges. Items with no price tag or a noticeably altered tag cannot be sold. We don’t offer warranties or guarantees on any purchase, so please check an item carefully before buying — a testing station is available in-store for electronics.
