R2R is putting together our first Soft Sell Test Team for Saturday Sales — Bins, Bales & Bulk premium and vintage clothing. Be one of our focus-group resellers and shop bin-style before anyone else.
2 Orange County stores — one retail, one wholesale — both free to join. Everything a reseller needs: buying by the piece, pound, or truckload. (Please confirm which store is retail vs. wholesale so this page and the Locations page can label them correctly.)

What's your return & exchange policy on purchases?
All sales are final — no returns, no exchanges. Items with no price tag or a noticeably altered tag cannot be sold. We don't offer warranties or guarantees on any purchase, so please check an item carefully before buying — a testing station is available in-store for electronics.
Do donations come with a tax receipt?
Rags 2 Riches is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit and donations are tax-deductible. A receipt is provided at drop-off, or emailed on request — just ask our team when you donate.
Can I schedule a pickup online instead of calling?
Right now pickups are scheduled by phone at (714) 573-7503. An online request form can be added once connected to a booking or email system — see note on the form below.
What if I have large items?
Call ahead so our team can plan the pickup and confirm it fits what we can currently accept.

R2R is getting close to putting together the first of two Soft Sell Test Teams for Saturday Sales — premium & vintage clothing. We're inviting resellers into a focus group to buy bin-style: premium sorted clothing at $2.50/lb and Vintage Y2K at $5.00/lb. Can you help us help others?

Bin sales are timed sessions where resellers sort through bins of clothing priced by the pound. Doors open at a set time, everyone digs in together, and you check out by weight. Bring your own bags, wear clothes you can move in, and arrive early — spots and bins go fast.

Why Rags 2 Riches Exists
Rags 2 Riches gives gently used clothing & goods a second life — keeping usable items out of landfills, making quality finds accessible at every price point, and giving resellers a real partner instead of a picked-over rack. What started as a simple idea — that thrifting could work better for everyone, resellers included — has grown into a movement built on community, sustainability, and second chances.
Hands-on sessions to help resellers source smarter, sort faster, and price with confidence — taught by the R2R team that runs the bins every week.

A local congregation had a storage room full of donated clothing and no easy way to move it. One scheduled pickup later, it became inventory for our bins — clothing found new homes instead of sitting in boxes, and the church got its space back for programs that actually needed it.
