Rags 2 Riches is an alternative thrift and wholesale warehouse in Orange County and a ministry of Ministry Incorporated, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit. We give donated goods a second life — and every sale helps fund programs that serve our community.

Rags 2 Riches is more than a thrift store and resale warehouse. It is a mission-driven program that transforms donated clothing and goods into opportunities for people to serve.
Through your donations, bin sales, thrift retail, wholesale clothing, and reseller opportunities, Rags 2 Riches gives usable merchandise a second life while helping generate resources that support our work and community programs in Orange County, California.
We also believe in creating economic opportunities. By making affordable inventory available to resellers — from individual pieces and bins to bulk and wholesale quantities — we help people source merchandise, grow their resale businesses, and create additional income opportunities.

Highland Learning Center provides free after-school educational programs designed to support children and families in high-density, low-income apartment complexes.

Through homework assistance, educational activities, mentorship, and a safe and encouraging environment, students receive additional support outside the classroom.
Our goal is to help children strengthen their academic skills, develop confidence, and have access to educational opportunities regardless of their family's financial circumstances.
